Hey Guys, Trying to track down the missing "Thread" issue

I'm the programmer who works on the backend of this site, I need a little help from you all.
@Good SHEPHERD told me that we are having issues with threads/messages disappearing on these boards.

Few questions that might help me track it down.

1) Are all users having this problem, or just some?
2) How long is the thread missing for, before it comes back onto the site?
3) Is it the first thread on the page, or is it usually further down when it disappears?
4) Does it happen on both your phone and on the desktop?
5) How often does this happen. Daily? Once a week? Once every two weeks?
