Yes

As long as your asking- i was a two sport letter- played QB at 2 current MW schools, recruited by Noel Mazzone at CSU before he went on to coach QB’s at TCU and played/ graduated CSU. I was one of the last LOI’s signed by Fum McGraw. I was a student of Noel and Charlie Weatherbie, great men great coaches. I coached Q’s at my alma mater Mullen HS as a grad asst after college and then spent many years as a donor and parent of CSU. I spend two days a month on campus at board meetings with the AD on my own time. I mentor and work with current and former CSU student athletes to prepare them for life after sports. I’m Uber proud of my alma mater and spend a ton of time and $ here, all to make it a better place on and off the field.

I know the game and I know our AD. Please don’t take offense if I post something that you disagree with. My role on RN is to sometimes ‘correct’ folks who claim to know certain things about our AD or the football program etc. I’m not too far left or right (Ramdom or Sanfran), for or against. My perspective comes from a realist vantage point from middle ground. Some of us shake our heads at what we read here as ‘fact’. I post what I can without divulging too much. I’m humble and never boast to be in the know. If you read my post above, I never said I thought Mike was insincere. That’s a negative connotation. In fact I mentioned that I don’t blame him at all if he moved on to a P5, just as I don’t blame Prentiss Nixon for transferring to Iowa State or DeQ Watts for wavering in his commitment here. It’s the way of the world these days. Realism. Hope you understand where I’m coming from
