Not sure why any would be mad he didn't play in 2017. He redshirted that yr
and if Hill is ever as good as Stephens was in 2017, we'll all be ecstatic cause Stephens was a boss his senior year. Hill might have more upside from a physical perspective to play in the NFL but I don't see him being a better QB than Stephens in terms of productivity.
And if Hill gets a real OL in front of him, then he'll at least have the opportunity the way that Stephens did to show his stuff. But until that happens, Hill has a long way to go to produce the way that Stephens did (no knock on Hill, just needs to show it).
