I brought up DU and UNC last night

Definitely a possibility. Last time CSU hosted we rematched with DU in the first round I believe.

Utah is a top 16 RPI team as of last week and they finished the season with three wins. They might not host with nine losses, although all of them are to good teams. So that regional match up makes some sense. Of course they could just ship us all to Utah.

It's going to be interesting. Does Rice with three losses, two to top 15 Western Kentucky, but with a win over No. 1 Texas get to host? There are two traditional powers outside of the top 16 but ahead of CSU that lurk too, in BYU and Penn State.

If the NCAA wants butts in the seats and looks at other metrics it's a no brainer for CSU, but then who knows what they are really looking at.
