Entirely different situation

CSU had solid reasons to terminate LE for cause (climate assessment, bad behavior etc.) Even with that they couldn't pull it off, they had to "negotiate" a resignation.

With Bobo there is absoluately nothing to fire him for cause. Especially with all of the public statements from support from JP. Bobo is holding a full house, JP has pair of 7's.
