The bit about Uber is frustrating.

They've always resisted treating their drivers as employees, and giving them typical employee benefits and protections. Now they lobbied Congress to provide a safety net for these people. Don't get me wrong, I'm glad the drivers are getting some help. But Uber is getting off easy. Their corporate bigwigs make big bucks, and then they ask the federal government to take care of their drivers. Bernie has a point when he rails against stuff like this. Socialism for the rich (govt subsidizes their profit-making) and rugged individualism for everyone else.
