Just made some this past weekend


Chuck roast
Used a Weber BBQ rub
Smoke at 225 until 165 internal and then wrap until 195
Rest for 30 minutes then cut
Added brown sugar, Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ sauce and more rub
Back in the smoker for 1-2 hours
