Just my uninformed opinion, but I think pretty much all universities


will have students on campus. They may keep the bulk of the lecture material online to minimize classroom time, but will still need to hold labs in person. Take a look at Liberty University who kept students on campus for the spring semester, but spread them out and did everything online. They saw that as preferable to sending them back home to New York, etc. They only had one student test positive, and he never stepped foot on campus all spring. Just because things have to be done different doesn't mean they can't be done. My point of view probably belongs on the GDB, but the point I'm trying to make is that CSU can, should, and I think will have students on campus and play fall sports.
