No tailgating and instead allowing small groups of fans in, like maybe only season ticket holders with a redistribution of seating arrangements and a contingent of students spread out in their section.
You can control who comes in with temp checks. You can control food via delivering it directly to seats and the types of food and drink allowed so that there is very limited sharing of food. You can control where people sit, how they interact, etc. You can control pathways, when people come in, when they leave and those processes. Bathrooms are larger with more space and with less people in the stadium, are easier to keep cleaned and maintained regularly.
You can't really control tailgating. I can't see CSU doing regular sanitization of portapotties. It will be community meals, bleeding over of one tailgate to the next, etc. Plus it is very spread out so hard to constantly monitor what people are doing and how they are doing it. Much more difficult.
