Southern Cal definitely opened too early. NorCal listened, due to fear.


SF took heed early on because it looked like it might get ugly. And in turn, was more careful when the loosening started. Smart.

SoCal acted like it was spring break once things started loosening up. And in cities like Huntington Beach, they pulled a Texas and thought defiance was a good course. Equally idiotic stance.

They should actually divide covid numbers for Cali between Northern and Southern Cal.
