Isn't CSU legally required to report such allegations to the police?


This reminds me of what McIntyre got reprimanded for at CU. He was made aware of allegations that an assistant coach assaulted his wife/girlfriend and didn't report it to police, as required by university policy. I believe universities are required to report any sexual assault allegations occurring on campus to the police. Sounds like we dropped the ball, regardless of the credibility of the allegations.
