Yes...that didn't help the results. It was a popular choice but one that

was probably made to smooth things over with fans/boosters after the klunky dismissal of Sonny, not necessarily based on merit. Those were some dark years after his nice first season. Of course...getting man-handled by Illinois St may put Bobo's low point as lower than anything SF did. And SF has one thing Bobo doesn't: a bowl win.

Agree on Bobo, though. Never seemed to embrace CO, alumni (players), traditions, rivalries, etc. He did completely own Bob Davie, though ;)

We'll see...maybe SA is similar, just NE instead of South. He is at least saying the right things about embracing CSU, traditions, etc, as well as recruiting CO.
