Serious Q, why would high quality throwing QBs want to play for Addazio?

It seems to me like his prototype QB is a dual threat/RPO QB, For as long as I can remember, CSU has traditionally had drop back passers running pro style offenses (sans maybe BVP). So Luke McAllister’s (or POB’s) skill set are likely not to be properly utilized in an Addazio desired offense.

OR he wants a game manager type of QB that’s consistent but never going to be an elite QB in our conference.

Saying all this, if Addazio switches to the wishbone and we win 10 games a year with Air Force like QB’s, I’d be all for it so I’m not flaming on Addazio. Just seems to me like his offensive philosophy is not likely to put us in a position to sign any high level passers even if we can somehow win games and contend for league titles again under SA.

And thus, I’m not holding my breath on landing a quality P5 transfer QB from the portal for 2021.
