Again, truth is likely somewhere in the middle

Guys that got to play a ton and were starters like Daz, guys that were Bobo guys and knocked to the fringes didn't like him, guys that SA and staff came in and tried to run off (something all coaches do) probably went to the media and complained. SA talks big and tough and that probably bit some kids wrong. Bobo had similar issues - and it all got lumped together into one report. When you have 120ish people in a program there are bound to be some that are unhappy, whether deserving or not.

That said, CSU clearly had some COVID protocol issues (cases, lack of accountability of players/staff, etc.) and our athletic department hasn't been winning the PR battle, and just generally failing to deal with issues with diversity and title IX. It added up to a perfect storm of frustrated people, and when that many people have issues, it is the job of the press to share it. There isn't just guilty or innocent, there are layers to it. CSU has certainly done some things wrong and needs to improve, including Daz and the football program, but they also aren't the worst staff in the history of sport and have only been on the job a year.
