All athletes, regardless of year in school, get one more year

It is as though the 2020-21 athletic year never happened. Same for freshmen, sophomores, juniors and seniors.

Note: That doesn’t mean schools are under compulsion to extend scholarship funding. It just means athletes are eligible for another year. The standard for every football player on a college team this past season is six (not the regular five) years to complete four seasons — and 2020 doesn’t count as a season.
