But I also fully understand why it is happening. Personaly my hope is that those who committed significant crimes including sedition and incitement in the Capitol should be severly punished, Trump should be impeached and convicted and his chief enablers should be politically punished (Cruz, Hawley, Graham et. al.) by means such as censure and others hopefully voted out at the first election possible. If at all possible Trump needs to spend a few years in jail and I hope his immediate family loses its money through charges brought by the SDNY and civil law suits and being shunned by businesses.
