How do you distinguish a reconnaissance tour from a tour? I've been to the US Capitol twice where I've met with my delegation and staffers have given me tours. These visits and tours are normal and done all the time. The article linked doesn't say why she's calling these tours recon for the next day. Perhaps there are photos from that day to the day after, but that wouldn't mean the congressmen or women were complicit. I'm anxious to here her evidence. That would be something if true.
