Wife and I met her once when we lived in Salida

Pretty darn sure it was her. There's a restaurant on Hwy 285 just before the turnoff for Salida (Hwy 291) that opened and closed (& changed ownership) a few times while we lived there (2013-2017). It had just re-opened with a new owner and we went there for dinner. This lady came over with a pistol strapped to her side and said she was the owner and was only here because two of her waitress staff had called in sick. It kind of freaked us out a little bit, but whatever, she has that right. The restaurant closed again maybe a couple of months after it opened.
