He did have a great game, but that's not what people are going to remember.


In the '87 AFC Championship Game, Earnest Byner racked up 187 combined yards from scrimmage and scored two touchdowns, but what is he remembered for? The fumble. Until that stupid rule is changed, it is what it is.
