If you are referring to catching the TD then fumble at the goal line


He received a ‘Target to the head’ by Kansas Chief player, which most likely resulted to the fumble. Why the NFL rules do not allow for that safety review is beyond belief. That was not on Higgins. All television replays were distinctive of targeting, as pointed out by play-by-play and again from half time commentators.
