1st season maybe - he was given a better hand to play. But he has also brought in better players IMO.

I don't agree with the "not even a fair comparison" comment I always hear around this place. Utah St was no good at the time they fired their coach and hired Smith at the last minute. I don't like knocking Medved - but results speak for themselves.
