George W had the best advice yesterday for America
"Love thy neighbor as thyself. If America could do this, we would be so much better off."
The second best line was from Biden (or his speech writer) "End lies for power and lend lies for profit."
I don't know how we turn around the fake news and cable news phenomenon. I think the only approach is we don't hear as much from the President, he steps back from the spotlight a bit, so when does speak, and he speaks simply and honestly, it is more difficult to spin his words and actions. Ideally, I'd like to see the Senate and House get more attention, get messy with idealistic debates and long-term solutions to problems and see us try to legislate with consensus to an American public that is more aware of issues and less hooked on party.
