Are there reasons to believe he can play better in 2021? You betcha. This is true for most aspects of the offense. And special teams.

Are there also reasons to question his passing ability (timing, accuracy, ability to move through progressions, etc) based on what we saw in 2020? Most definitely.

Both can be true.
