Again, how large is that pool?

Do you think 1% of boys will transition?

.05%?

.025%?

It seems to me like it will be a pretty small number of people. This sounds like another "they'll take our guns" debate by the right. The right is scared of trans people, so they feel like they need to be legislated against.

I very seriously doubt there will be a large population of boys/men that will transition to compete as women. A few cases here and there, but not large scale.
