We have as many or more Quad 1 wins than 14 teams in the NET top-45.

To say we "just haven't really played anyone" isn't really the case.

San Diego State (twice, with a win), Boise State (twice, with a win), Utah State (twice with a win), and St. Mary's make for seven games for us vs top-75 (by like any metric) teams.

Aside from Big Ten teams -- even the Big 12 has a couple of god awful teams -- that get to play each other constantly, this is a huge problem for everybody with COVID destroying out-of-conference scheduling.

We could very well not get in, but if we take care of business over the Air Force games and MW tourney opener, it will be at least be an absolutely deserving resume that is right in the mix. And winning a MW tourney game would surely get us an eighth game against the SDSU/Boise/Utah St/Nevada tier.
