His big issues last year are fixable with time in the system and keys
He was caught biting on play action, out of position and trying to do someone else’s job and not his assignment. All basically mental errors and the type many young dbs make and learn from quickly. I thought he was getting better at not repeating the same read or assignment issues as games progressed. He did get tooled by Offensive Coordinator a couple times. He should be much more reliable this year. I liked his tackling, when was the last line he made the tackle even if he went backwards rather than trying to deliver THE HIT. Which means he is smart and knows when he can and can’t take aggressive risk. I like what I saw.
