I would be curious as to what the stipulations were... All games this past year had limited participation from fans...

Just like in most schools the transmission has been minimum... but schools that have been opened have been regulated to social distance contact in the classroom and requirements of face coverings as you know.

what are the metrics?

Personally I am hoping that we take this thing serious for another couple of months until we have widespread vaccinations... so we can have full stands at football games this fall.
