They got financing at a very low interest rate.


Considering what they were at the time.

Certainly the very small difference in rates, now compared to then, may not be nearly as beneficial than what materials and labor rates would cost now as compared to the time of construction.

Rates have gone up the last 3 months.
Just see what the bonds are selling at now. That tells you a lot.
