Injuries happen to all teams. Those with good depth are better able to overcome them. Good depth, in part, relies on a good farm system. And under who's watch has the farm system completely deteriorated?? Also, building your team from within doesn't quite work when you let your internal prospects walk or get traded when they find success at the Major League level.

So, so, so many things wrong with how this franchise is run.
