Personal choice, personal responsibility

Theoretically, the anti covid vaxxers will benefit from us reaching herd immunity. But to the extent an anti covid vaxxer drives up their health care cost because of this choice, I think they should bear the burden of their decision.

On the other hand, if the vaccine is proven to have some ill health effect to those of us that voluntarily got it, are we will to bear the burden of that choice?
