Seems reasonable

Should a teacher with a compromised immune system (lupus, cancer, RA) be required to teach in-person classes? Should a school be forced to be fully open in a community where Covid is prevalent and spreading? What happens when there is a large discrepancy between a county and a community in that county? Shouldn’t the community be able to decide? What if that community has little or no ability to handle a surge?
