Since December 2019, I have tried Sling, YouTube TV, and Hulu Live

We like the Hulu Live/ESPN+/Disney+ bundle best. When I had Sling and YouTube TV, I was still paying for regular Hulu, ESPN+, and Disney+ separate. Bundled the 3 and am saving a few bucks compared to Sling and YouTube. Plus it has local and tons of sports channels. If you like Mexican soccer though, it does not have TUDN/Univision though.
