Regarding death rates, your link attempts to combine vaccination and deaths together without really providing data separating the two. Probably because death rate data is limited to argue this point. The best we have is looking at death rate data by county, which may or may not be influenced by the Amish.
Amish didn't get vaccinated. That lead to a higher infection rate. Which lead to a higher rate of natural immunity. Everyone agrees.
What does this mean for their comparative death rate? And as Alpe noted, they're collective health is probably quite a bit better, which would logically lead to a lessor rate of Covid death. But without specific data regarding covid mortality, which I've yet to see re Amish vs non Amish, it's hard to conclude.
