Ole for our O!! Lots of strategies out there for how SA should

handle this. Yours is certainly 1 of those & I suppose it would include keeping CT as the backup (if available) if Olaes gets overwhelmed, or into a funk. Yes?

A 2nd may be to have used Olaes vs SJSU early Q4.... once the game was fully in hand. Maybe prevented the CT injury. Hindsights always 20/20.

A 3rd may be to start CT (if healthy), see how his hand works, have Olaes & 3rd team QB (Jonah?) ready for early action. Perceiving SA's past modus operandi, I'm guessing this is SA's choice if CT has any ability to start & play.

Personally, I'd go with your strategy #1, and leak it to the media that CT is not available to start (when in fact he actually could start or play, lets hope)...
a) it provides Rocky Long w/ another QB to have to prep his D for...
b) it provides TC w/ more recovery time... and Olaes & Jonah more practice reps to climb the learning curve & synch-up curve further.

UNM is not a lousy team, and Rocky's D's are always creative vs CSU. Gotta get Olaes & Jonah some play time soon, might as well be now IMHO.

OLE for our O !!!
