Again, is anyone denying that they too, had excess deaths?
I think the point RT was making is that the Amish excess deaths weren't any higher than the rest of us. This linked article says exactly that. It also says that "The team emphasized that these deaths may or may not be directly related to COVID-19". All the study does is compare death rates before Covid to death rates during Covid. One can argue that the increase in rate was probably due to Covid, but the fact that it mirrored the excess death rates for the country kinda diminishes any argument that vaccination had much, if anything, to do with it, right?
I appreciate these studies comparing demographic to demographic and situation to situation. They'll help all of us learn more about the impact of this damn disease. I think the glaring result from most all of these is this - the healthier one was, the lessor the impact of covid.
