More likely that cheese is in cans, btw. I'm on the demand side of this

issue, and starting last winter this has become a very real issue. We struggle to get what we need. Even things that were available last week, aren't for the next two months. We've gotten very creative in finding resources. We're only finding food for 20k people a month. There's bigger fish out there swallowing up the supplies. It's not just food, it's containers, lids, the proper sized container. Re-inventing distribution, the list goes on and on. We've re-invented how we operate multiple times in the last 18 months. Just had to again this week, as another outbreak changed our plans. I actually have a paid week off because of it. As we adapt to another change of plans.
