Agree they should. But they probably won't. I am surprised that the D is

bad. I wasn't sure they were going to be incredible, but they have not been particularly good. Currently rank 4th in the NFL in pts/game but that is skewed by playing garbage teams the first three weeks where the D gave up an avg of 8.7 pts/game as compared to 28 pts/game in the last three games against real teams. Giving up big passing plays all over the place...Oak receivers had catches of 48, 51, 33, 31, 29, 25. Steelers had a couple 50+ pass plays. The O remains almost unwatchable...again. Even with playing three very bad opponents they haven't scored more than 27pts in any game. Couldn't get out of their own way w/penalties yesterday. 4th-and-1 in your own territory, you have J Williams but you line up in shotgun & try to throw it. Shurmer seems to have no idea how to utilize the weapons that he has, just wants to call plays like he's playing NCAA Football 2001 on PS1.

Time to tear it all down. Trade everyone they can for picks and start the re-build.
