He also said a few things I love...


...that "spread" teams are not physical teams, and we don't want to be one of those types of teams that have to score 50+ points/game to win...we want to start with good defense, playing physical (physical doesn't have a bad game or is subject to bad weather, etc.).

Also said can't stand look-at-me players who stand over players after a hit, and make the game about themselves. This is why we don't see the stupid turnover belt anymore.

This is the type of culture I was hoping he would bring...glad to hear him address it and instilling it in our team.
