I think you should say yes and yes.... JMac had such a strong program that


it took bobo 4 years to burn it all the way down... Had it been overnight, bobo would have gone 3-9 the first 3 seasons... And had we hired a better coach, we would have continued to see the 8,9,10 win seasons JMac was building.

But the sucking under bobo started almost immediately as he rarely beat a team that had more than 3 wins.
