Nuance gets lost again...


You don't know what is going on.
Maybe he's been honest with other schools that he's not interested?
Maybe he's got family in/around those other areas, but wants to stay instate?
Maybe his parents are guiding him towards an education that only CSU & these schools offer a good program on?


So many other factors....
