Absolutely

Nevada has been the main surprise, dropping several games. Their OOC is pretty week as-is, so that’s tough. But Utah St and Boise both looking stronger than I thought, so that bodes well. WYO with that win over UW is also nice - they look solid. I’ve also noticed AFA is on a little streak, even though it’s against a weak schedule, it’s nice to see them not drop some of those games yet. If they can get into the top 200 in NET that would really help the conference. Them, SJSU, and UNM have been killing the conference rankings in recent seasons. I also think UNLV could be improved. We’ll see, but I’ll still stick with my preseason prediction that the MWC will be a solid 3-bid league this year.
