Did the prosecution not do a good enough job in getting all the lesser included charges introduced to the jury? Should the judge have allowed the pre and post-incident aspects of certain witnesses in the trial to be considered by the jury? Should the judge have allowed the prosecution more leeway in their cross involving 5th amendment questions and what benefit it provides a defendant that takes the stand in their own defense? Should the jury have disregarded the judge's instructions and gone outside the legal construct of Wisconsin's self-defense statute?
