Yes and no...
depends on who you talk to. I have spoken with some HS coaches who liked Bobo... some didn't. Bobo was a regular at the Grazier clinic each year... Addazio was not.
Norvell didn't attend Grazier this year, from my understanding. But he was very new to the position when that clinic happened. But Norvell has reached out to a lot of the coaches and at events such as Junior Day he was very personable with Coaches and Parents. The only negative comment I heard from a db coach is that they don't expect him to be a heavy hitter with in state recruiting... another coach and former CSU player that I was speaking with even made the comments regarding all of the transfers he brought in were not good for in state recruiting... but he liked the hire.
Addazio never had a Junior day that I know of... but every coach that took a kid to FoCo last year hated his camps... and I have yet to find a coach that had anything good to say about Addazio because he came across with the tough guy prick mentality. I thought he was a prick when I took my kid up there.
As for Bobo, spoke with coaches who were cheering for him to be good. One comment is that he came across as a caring guy but they just weren't sure if he could pull it off on the field... but they were always cheering for him. Like stated above... at the Grazier clinics his offense talks were always a hit.
I think it is too early to judge Norvell... but all signs from some of the coaches I have spoken with look good.
