Lotta great point here. I'll add, if we can block teams that rush 4

We will be able to move the ball and put up points. If we run into teams that can get pressure with 3-4, and our O line is over run, we will not be very successful. The teams that often frustrate Leach and other Air Raid teams are those like Bama or peak Oklahoma, that could drop 7-8, keep everything in front of them and still get to the QB or at least force quicker, shorter throws.

So that's a thing to watch out for. Leach specifically used SUPER wide splits, but Nevada seems more standard in their line orientation, providing a bit more versatility in the O. If we are giving our QB at least a couple seconds, communicating to pick up blitzers, forcing pass rushing ends to take a wide route to the QB and holding up in the middle, this team is going to cook.
