One of the last major buildings left on campus needing renovation

What is left? Wagar? Gifford? Engineering? There may be a couple old dorms still left.

I remember Eddy was falling apart when I was in school. The entire campus has gotten SO much nicer in the past 10-15 years, and renovating Clark will be a massive improvement.
