Did you look at the study? The second paragraph:
Cardiovascular adverse outcomes such as blood clotting (e.g., coronary artery thrombosis), acute coronary syndrome, cardiac arrest and myocarditis have been identified as consequences of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) infection1,2,3,4,5. Similarly, data from regulatory surveillance and self-reporting systems, including the Vaccine Adverse events Reporting System (VAERS) in the United States (US)6, the Yellow Card System in the United Kingdom7 and the EudraVigilance system in Europe8, associate similar cardiovascular side-effects9,10,11,12,13 with a number of COVID-19 vaccines currently in use.

My point, which you call condescending (I guess to snowflake righties asking questions is condescending), is that what is in the vaccine is the virus. Thus, side effects from the vaccines, will be similar to side effects of getting the COVID19 disease. Some percentage of people that get COVID19 will have cardiovascular side effects. Some percentage of people that get vaccinated will have cardiovascular side effects. So far the data has shown that a lower percentage of people get cardiovascular side effects from the vaccines than from getting COVID19 disease, which is why it is recommended that people get vaccinated.

The righties that want to deny that the vaccine is safe and effective at preventing and reducing COVID19 infection pretend that because the vaccine has side effects and isn't 100% effective at preventing COVID19 infection that it isn't a safe and effective tool in the fight against COVID19. The data does not at all support that. This Israeli study doesn't support that either.
