In terms of mass transit have you ever heard of Amtrak linking commuters of the most densely populated area of our nation? But why should commuters and the poor of the top ten metropolitan areas have the most access to subways and ells especially when climate change IS so critical to wildfires, drought, famine, tornadoes and hurricanes.
