JN was an assistant coach for 30 years. He has been a HC for 5.

He had plenty of failures as an assistant . Nevada he exceeded expectations . As bad a job as Nevada is ..it still has had more success in its history than CSU .532 winning percentage vs .471. about 100 less losses .

There is a lot of potential. More importantly we have invested in the program. It's time to turn the corner
