That's not Medved's style


He wants a team, not individuals playing together. The transfers he does bring in are ones he knows will mesh together with the team and not mess up the chemistry of the team.

Musselman had/has a way of bringing individuals together whereas Medved needs the whole team to come together and can't have a pick me player disrupting the chemistry of the team.
