And has been communicated in Joe's emails that everyone bitches about:
Mission and Guiding Principles
Our mission statement is pretty simple here at Colorado State: To Educate, Engage, and Excel.
"Educate" - We fulfill our mission to educate student-athletes as evidenced by the top graduation success rates in the Mountain West conference.
"Engage" - Athletics gives Colorado State University an opportunity to brings students, alumni, and fans from all areas together to celebrate being Rams. We are also active in our community to support community service and engage our fans, donors, and the community at-large.
"Excel" - We are a department driven by "Championship Culture." Since 2015-16, Colorado State has won more Mountain West championships than any program in the Mountain West as well as the most championships by women's programs in the league.
We are also guided by 11 key guiding principles, each carefully crafted by our leadership:
Student-Athletes first and foremost.
Play by the rules! Always.
Compete. Win. Be a Champion.
Be a Stalwart Teammate.
Respect ourselves. Respect others.
Embrace the opportunity. Honor the privilege.
Adapt to change. Drive progress.
Build strength through our diversity.
Share our story. Grow our Family
Pause and celebrate.
